ERP and business management systems built to your operation
Sales, stock and finance in one place
A custom ERP brings sales, inventory, purchasing, fulfillment and finance into one system rather than several disconnected tools. It suits companies whose operation spans departments that currently pass data by spreadsheet, and whose processes are specific enough that configuring a packaged ERP would mean changing how the business works.
Most operations run on three or four systems that do not talk to each other, joined by a spreadsheet and a person who knows how it all fits together.
Packaged ERP solves that by making you adopt its model. That is the right trade for a lot of companies. It is the wrong trade when your process is the thing that makes you competitive, or when the license cost scales worse than the value.
We build the alternative: one system covering the departments that matter, shaped to the operation you already run.
The situations this comes up in
Departments pass data by spreadsheet
Every handoff is a re-keying opportunity and a place where the numbers stop agreeing.
Stock and sales disagree
Two systems with two versions of availability produces overselling and manual reconciliation.
Month-end takes a week
If closing the books means exporting and merging from several places, the systems are not doing the work.
License cost scales with headcount
Per-seat ERP pricing punishes exactly the growth you are trying to support.
What you get
- Process mapping across every department in scope, agreed before build
- One system covering sales, inventory, purchasing and fulfillment as required
- Accounting integration rather than accounting replacement, in most cases
- Data migration from the systems being retired
- Role-based access, audit trail and reporting
- Source code, schema and documentation at every milestone
Who this is for
- Distributors, wholesalers and manufacturers running on disconnected tools
- Companies quoted six figures for a packaged ERP that still needs customizing
- Operations where stock, purchasing and sales need one version of the truth
Common questions
Buy, unless your operation is genuinely non-standard or license costs scale badly against the value. Packaged ERP is mature and someone else maintains it. Building is worth it when configuring the package would mean changing how the business actually works, or when you need to own the system outright.
Usually not, and usually you should not. The common pattern is a custom operational system alongside your existing accounting package, integrated properly. That removes most of the risk and most of the cost.
Typically five to twelve months depending on how many departments are in scope. We work in milestones so each department goes live as it is ready, rather than everything switching on the same day.
