Terms of service

These terms cover your use of ilgoldberg.com. They do not cover the work we do for clients. That is governed by a separate master services agreement and statement of work signed by both parties, which takes precedence over anything on this website.

We publish price ranges, timelines and technical descriptions to be genuinely useful in evaluating whether to work with us. They are indicative rather than binding quotes. Every engagement is scoped and priced individually before anything is agreed, and the figures in a signed statement of work are the ones that apply.

We try to keep the site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that everything on it is complete or error-free at any given moment.

Submitting the contact form does not create a contract or oblige either of us to anything. It starts a conversation.

The content, design and code of this website belong to IL Goldberg Solutions LLC. You are welcome to read, quote and link to it with attribution. You may not republish it wholesale as your own.

Intellectual property in work we deliver to clients is a separate matter, dealt with in the engagement contract. Our standard position is full assignment to the client on payment, granted at each milestone.

Product and company names mentioned on this site, including platforms we integrate with, are the trademarks of their respective owners. Referring to them describes what we do; it does not imply endorsement, affiliation or partnership unless we state one explicitly.

This website is provided as-is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for loss arising from reliance on general information published here, as distinct from advice given under a signed engagement.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States.
