Scoped before it is priced, priced before it is built
The three things that go wrong on software projects are unclear scope, moving prices, and a handover that never happens. Here is how we deal with each.
We map your process before quoting, fix the price against that scope and hold it, and deliver in milestones. Delivered at every milestone, not at the end, and intellectual property transfers to you on payment at each milestone rather than at the end.
Five steps, in order
Each one ends in something you can read or use, not a status report.
- 01
Map
What actually happens today, including the workarounds, written down. This becomes the scope.
- 02
Scope
A written specification and a fixed price against it. If you should configure what you already own, we say so.
- 03
Build
Working software at each milestone, with source code, schema and documentation handed over as we go.
- 04
Launch
Data migrated, team trained, and a support period while everyone settles in.
- 05
Support
Ongoing maintenance if you want it, a clean handover if you do not. Both are real options.
Three things we hold to
Fixed scope, fixed price
Fixed scope, fixed price, agreed before work starts. Changes are explicit, never silent.
You own it as we go
Full assignment on payment, per milestone, with source code and documentation at each step.
Runs where you want it
Your infrastructure or ours, with no per-seat licensing on anything we build for you.
What clients ask
We scope first, then quote a fixed price against that scope and hold it. Changes are handled as explicit change orders rather than absorbed silently, so the number you approve is the number you pay unless you decide to change something.
We map the process as it actually runs today, which is usually different from how it is documented. That map becomes the specification, and it is a real deliverable, yours whether or not you build with us.
Early and repeatedly. Work is broken into milestones, each ending in something you can use rather than a status report. For multi-department systems that means departments go live as they are ready, not all on one day.
You do. Full assignment on payment, granted at each milestone rather than at the end, along with the source code, database schema and documentation.
Yes. Systems can be deployed on infrastructure you control, in a region of your choosing, or on ours. Running it yourself means no per-seat licensing and your data stays where your policies require.
A support period is included, and after that maintenance is optional rather than a subscription you are locked into. Because everything is documented and handed over as we go, you can also take it in house or to another team.
You keep everything already delivered, because delivery happens per milestone. There is no lock-in beyond work genuinely in progress.
Data residency and access are decided with you at design time rather than assumed. We take the minimum access needed to do the work, and systems can be built so we need no standing access to production at all.
Start with the problem, not the software
Tell us what the process looks like today and where it breaks. You will get an honest read on whether it is worth building, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost, in writing, before anyone signs anything.
