System and API integration that survives contact with production

Your tools, connected properly

System integration connects two or more business applications so data moves between them without manual re-entry. Off-the-shelf connectors handle standard fields and simple one-way syncs. Custom integration is needed when the mapping is non-standard, the sync has to run both ways, or the volume and error handling exceed what a generic connector supports.

Most integration problems are not connection problems. Getting two systems to talk is usually the easy part. The difficulty is in what happens afterwards, the record that fails validation at 2am, the field that means something slightly different on each side, the duplicate created because both systems think they own the customer record.

Generic connectors are built for the common case. They work well until your data does something specific, and then you are debugging someone else's abstraction with no way to fix it.

We build integrations where the mapping is explicit, failures are visible and retryable, and the logic lives somewhere you can read it.

The situations this comes up in

The off-the-shelf connector nearly works

It handles the standard fields and breaks on the ones specific to your business, which are usually the ones that matter.

Failures are silent

Records stop syncing and nobody notices until a month-end number is wrong. Integration without visible error handling is a liability.

Both systems think they own the record

Two-way sync without a clear source of truth produces duplicates and overwrites. This is a design decision, not a configuration setting.

What you get

  • Field-level mapping documented and agreed before build
  • Two-way sync with an explicit source of truth per field
  • Error handling, retry logic and a visible failure log
  • Rate-limit and volume handling appropriate to your data
  • Monitoring so a broken sync raises an alert rather than a surprise

Who this is for

  • Companies whose CRM and accounting or ERP are maintained by hand
  • Teams who hit the limits of a packaged connector and need the remaining 20%
  • Businesses where a sync failure has already cost them once

Common questions

Often you should: if your mapping is standard and one-way, a packaged connector is cheaper and faster. Custom work is worth it when the connector cannot express your mapping, when sync has to run both ways with a clear source of truth, or when you need error handling and retry behavior that the connector does not expose.

Individual integrations typically run from a few thousand dollars for a simple one-way sync to the low tens of thousands where the mapping is complex, volume is high, or both systems need to stay authoritative for different fields.

We build against versioned APIs where they exist and monitor for failures rather than assuming stability. Ongoing maintenance can be included or handed over with the documentation, your choice.
