Replaced per-seat salon SaaS with an owned booking and management system, live and taking real bookings.

- SizeMulti-location, 5+ practitioners
Live in production, running the business day to day.
Where they were
The situation before any of this was built.
Bookings arrived by phone and message and were written into a diary, so the business had no reliable picture of utilization, repeat rate or which services actually earned their slot in the calendar.
The off-the-shelf alternatives are priced per practitioner per month and keep the customer data on the vendor's side, which makes both the cost and the client list grow steadily less controllable as the business adds staff and locations.
The public site runs on WordPress, so anything customer-facing had to survive a theme that was never designed to host it.
What we built
A booking widget embedded on the existing WordPress site as an isolated bundle inside a shadow DOM, so the theme's styles cannot reach in and break it. Customers pick a location, choose several treatments at once, then a date, a time and a practitioner.
Behind it, a full back office: timetable, client records with visit history and new-repeat-lost segments, services, staff, schedules, finance, inventory, loyalty, salary and analytics. Roles run owner, admin and staff, with practitioners scoped to their own appointments only.
Automated reminders in the customer's own language, delivered by email and by WhatsApp, with confirmation, change and cancellation messages all handled by a background worker rather than by someone remembering.
The whole system is multi-tenant at the database level from the first migration, so additional locations are configuration rather than a rebuild.
What changed
In production, taking real bookings
Live system running the business day to day, not a pilot alongside the old diary.
Three languages end to end
Widget, back office and automated messages all in the customer's own language.
Reminders delivering automatically
Confirmations, changes and cancellations by email and WhatsApp, verified against a domain with SPF and enforced DMARC.
No per-practitioner fee
Adding staff or a location costs nothing per seat, which is the cost curve the subscription products are built on.
Built with
We are happy to walk through either of these in detail on a call, including the parts that went slowly.

Tell us what the process looks like today and where it breaks. You will get an honest read on whether it is worth building, what it would take, and roughly what it would cost, in writing, before anyone signs anything.
